Standard Rates (up to 10 people):
Summer: $1000 per night
Winter: $1500 per night
Christmas / New Year / Kadooment / Test Cricket: $2500 per night
Extra children (to a maximum of 16) @ $60 per person per night

“Honeymoon” Rate (2 persons only)
Summer: $600 per night
Winter: $850 per night
NB: Maid will only come in for half day every 2nd day

Longer Term Rate (14 nights +)
All nights booked over 14 are charged at 50% of applicable daily rate

Special one/two/three bedroom rates may be offered for short notice bookings between August and November, please enquire.

Weddings
The Property is available for intimate Weddings subject to negotiation and restrictions.

  • During the Winter season (14thDecember to 30th April) a minimum booking of seven (7) nights is required.
  • Rates are subject to 10% VAT
  • A 25% deposit is required to confirm a booking, with the balance payable prior to occupancy
  • Payment is refundable on cancellations made 60 (sixty) days prior to arrival for all bookings (less 10% of the total cost, which is non-refundable)
  • Rates and villa information are subject to final confirmation

The house is available for rent via Home Away, Trip Advisor and VRBO, so we recommend early booking to avoid disappointment on dates.
